1. Shipping Rates & Eligibility
Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $80 (calculated before tax and after any applied discounts).
Coverage: This free shipping offer is valid for orders within Canada and the United States only.
2. Processing Times
Standard Orders: Our team typically takes 1-7 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order require a longer processing window, typically 15-20 business days.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the courier’s system to update and reflect the tracking information.
4. Delivery Disclaimer & Loss
Courier Responsibility: Please note that K&T FASHION is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors once the package has left our warehouse.
Delivered Packages: If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier to the correct address provided at checkout, K&T FASHION cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
No Refunds for Delivered Items: Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly for any localized delivery issues.
5. Inaccurate Information & Returns to Sender
In the event that an order is undeliverable or returned to our warehouse due to inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. International Duties & Taxes
For all international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the checkout total and must be settled by the recipient.
