1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items discounted by 30% or more.
Gifts with purchase.
E-gift cards.
Items not purchased directly through our official website.
Original shipping charges (non-refundable).
3. Shipping & Costs
Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping for both returns and exchanges is the sole responsibility of the customer.
International Returns: All orders are shipped from Canada and must be returned to our Canadian facility. Please ensure your courier supports international shipping to Canada if you are returning from abroad.
No Coverage: We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover any costs associated with the return/exchange process.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
